I think i have a problem?

My Vagina has a weird lumpy thing just above the opening its smallish and i don't know what it is i took a picture of it and its white.. i also have this small rash but i don't know if its from not wiping properly or if its part of my problem. and recently when i pee it kind of burns when the urine passes out thru the hole.. I have had sex so i know its not sexually transmitted. I think it could being unhygenic when playing with myself but im not sure. Can you help?
