I don't see how anyone could possibly sue you for any of that. If you do anything remotely controversial and related to religion and it becomes famous enough, there will always be someone who will cry about it, but who gives a crap? Just don't include any drawings or negative depictions of the prophet Mohammed in your game and you will have nothing to worry about. lol
