Would my son from my divorced wife have a right on my parental property?

My mother , a government employee, made a home for her and me from her own income. Now, i have a son whose custody is with my divorced wife. My mother has registered a will in my favour in which she has entitled me to be the successor of all her movable and immovable property. Would my son or other grandchildren of my mother ( my sister's son) ever be able to ask for any right on the home and any other movable asset legally?
