Do you think spouses who gave STD to their spouse should be considered a criminal?

Personally, I think all cheaters should be considered criminals. Regardless if they get infected with an STI and pass it on. however, if my wife or gf gave me an std from cheating on me I would be a criminal. I would kill her and the man she got it from.
